To register with the practice you will need to be an asylum seeker or a refugee living in Leicester City.
You will need to come to the practice with documentation from the Home Office UK Border Agency services.
This is usually a letter from the Home Office stating your personal details and a photographic identification card. Please bring your medical card if you have one.
Registration at the practice is only temporary. Patients can stay with the practice until refugee status or leave to remain has been granted.
When you register you will be asked to attend a new patient check with a nurse or healthcare assistant.
